Another road trip, but hey, who's complaining? The Bulls head to East Rutherford, New Jersey, to perform their next game against the New Jersey Nets, who have only made one win. One win so far! I almost feel bad for giving them their next loss.
Fun fact: Every player and coach in the NBA at the time knew if they wanted to win a game against the Bulls and Michael Jordan, they should be careful not to get Jordan angry, he plays more aggressively when he finds something personal. But there were times he could make up something personal. For example, though then Nets coach John Calipari knew better not to say anything negative about, or to Michael Jordan, or even make eye contact with him, he still got MJ angry by the way he coached his team. From Jordan's perspective, John Calipari was the most hyper head coach he had ever seen, constantly jumping up and down as if on a trampoline and yelling at his players when plays go wrong, Jordan found it all very annoying, and he often wondered how the players in the Nets put up with him.
