来制作柠檬酸奶牛油蛋糕,也称柠檬磅蛋糕。用了很多柠檬皮和鲜渣柠檬汁制作而成,整个厨房充满柠檬香。这食谱里面加了希腊酸奶,让蛋糕内部结构即扎实,又保持湿润口感。上面淋上柠檬糖霜,从蛋糕边沿滴落,超级诱人。切开来蛋糕美美绵密的奶油黄色,加上酸甜柠檬糖霜,脆南瓜籽,香柠檬皮,每一口都非常清爽新香。真的好吃~建议用表皮粗糙的柠檬,且不要刮到白色部分,这样皮不会苦。

收藏方式:烤好放凉吃,口感最佳。彻底凉透,收密封容器放普通冰箱7天。冰库冷冻可保存更久,吃前解冻即可。

Let’s make Lemon Yogurt Butter Cake, also known as Lemon Pound Cake. Made with a lot of lemon zest and freshly squeezed lemon juice, the whole kitchen is full of lemon scent. Greek yogurt is added to this recipe to keep the internal structure of the cake dense yet moist. Topped with lemon glaze, dripping from the cake edges, super irresistible. When cut open, beautiful creamy yellow color, paired with sweet tangy lemon glaze, crisp pumpkin seeds, and fragrant lemon zest, every bite is so refreshing and fragrant. Really delicious~ Highly recommend to use lemon with rough skin and not grate the white part so that the skin won’t be bitter.

Storage Method: Best eaten once baked. Cool completely, store in airtight container store in normal fridge for 7days. Freeze the cake can store longer, thaw before eating.
