Toan met us near his house in Orange County and told us about his two covers. The August 2000 Thrasher cover was shot by Michael Burnett in Long Beach. Tuan Nguyen, Toan's brother, and George Nagai - the Shorty's TM were also on the session. Sean Peterson shot the 2002 Strength cover in the cuts of Los Angeles.
