There is 2 main ways to clear this quest that is through brute force or following the proper rule. The proper rule is to hit Iyo 7 times, that let her summon more mobs. After that you need 6 times and so on till Iyo have 5 mobs on the field which will remove all of Iyo defensive buff. Well i think this will take too long so i try to brute force it. If you notice, Iyo only have 2 defensive buffs against normal attack that is general defense buff and card type defense buff. The general defense is easily by passable which make this really possible to brute force.
