Although he’s expected to appeal the conviction, President-elect Trump was ordered by New York Judge Merchan to attend a sentencing hearing for the hush money case on January 10th. Former federal prosecutor Harry Litman shares his thoughts on Merchan’s decision and if Trump really is getting off with no punishment.
