A new court ruling appears to give Rhode Island the green light to turn controversial truck tolls back on.

The federal First Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston issued a ruling Friday in the years-long dispute.

Now the question yet to be answered is, if and when the tolls could begin collecting cash for the state once again.
