The biggest achievement was to convert the existing living dining and kitchen to open-plan living with modern appliances. Conversion of the outdated ensuite bathroom to luxury bathroom with modern fixtures and fittings. All old appliances and light fixtures have been replaced with quality modern fixtures and fittings. Brand new timber floor to ground floor, level one and staircase for a luxury look and feel. New paint inside out with a neutral colour palate to create a more homely feeling.
