HE Grow Up In Country South Australia In a Small Town called Mallala In The Adelaide Plains 80kms Outside Adelaide South Australia.

As a Kid he grow up loving footy and one day to become an AFL PLAYER he first started playing football at the very young age of 5 years old for The Mallala Magpies Football Club coaches sighted his true potential at a young age from minis to senior colts as a junior to have the full potential to play at the highest level AFL.

AS a kid his dream was or is to hopefully one day to play in The AFL for his childhood club he supporter growing up The Carlton Blue Football Club.

For the last couple of years Shay has developed his game to a Key Centre Half Forward potentially to possibly play all over the ground as a utility type option.

Playing Career At Woodville West-Torrens Eagles Shay played his first game aged 14 years old playing in The Eagles Under 16s Team throughout the Under 18s program for The Woodville West-Torren Eagles Football Club in the SANFL Junior State League Competition.

And he will be making his Senior State League Debut Round 1 Against Central Districts Football Club.
