Pull the rail car lever to open the door and get the rail car.

The terrminal walkthrough can be divided into several areas
the part where Artyom get to the swinging platform destroyed by the giant catfish
the part where Artyom get to another platform blocked by several mutants and then the giant catfish come up to destroy all
the part where Artyom has to run past lots of mutants coming in from the window
the part where Artyom needs to run past lost of mutants swarming around him to get to the penultimate final room with the lever (this part)
then get into the final part
