REST IN PEACE: The World Has Lost a Bright Light with the Passing of Dr. Gladys McGarey

It is with great sadness that I report the passing of Dr. Gladys McGarey.

In May 2023, I recorded a wonderful and uplifting episode of my podcast (formerly GRUFFtalk before being renamed AGE BETTER) with Dr. Gladys McGarey, who was 102 at the time of recording, had just published a best-selling book, and was considered the "Mother of Holistic Medicine". Our conversation was downloaded hundreds of thousands of times and over 500 comments were submitted. She inspired millions to find true happiness and joy in everyday life. The episode was entitled: "A 102-Year Old Doctor's Prescription for a Life Filled with Health & Happiness". This is a re-posting of that conversation.
