Join me on an unforgettable bike ride from Leh to Turtuk, passing through the breathtaking Nubra Valley. I kicked off the adventure on my Dominar 400, aiming to reach Khardung La Pass, one of the highest motorable roads in the world at 17,000 feet. After enjoying a veg burger and Khawa at the pass, I spotted wild yaks grazing by the river about an hour later.

By 2 PM, I reached Diskit Monastery, located about 100 km from Turtuk. This ancient monastery, built from stone, wood, and limestone, is one of the oldest in the region. From there, I headed straight to the Hunder sand dunes, eager to see the unique Bactrian camels with their two humps. You can even take camel rides through the stunning white desert of Nubra.
