Bucket Wheel Excavator - Unboxing the Biggest LEGO Technic Set EVER

I seriously needed to upgrade my LEGO Technic Collection so I decided to buy the biggest LEGO Technic set ever made. Yes, I now have the Bucket Wheel Excavator - 42055 to play with.
It's a huge set and the box weighs a ton, but I need your help deciding what to do next.
Should I do a time lapse build of the LEGO Bucket Wheel Excavator or even build the Aggregate Processing Plant as the alternate build idea?
Or maybe you want me to simply start building my own LEGO Technic MOC ideas with this set?
