Tomb Raider 2 (1997) is a SEQUEL SYNDROME victim, if you ask me

Here comes the Tomb Raider 2 that kinda played it safe, and if you ask me, became a victim of a term "sequel syndrome". What does that mean and is Tomb Raider 2 a good game? Well.. Check out my rambling to see and hear all the answers!
