Context:
The building is condemned and a known hang out spot for drug abuse, prostitution, and drug dealing. Police were called after people allegedly saw people abusing drugs and drinking at this building. This has been ongoing for weeks and after a community member was allegedly threatened, they called 911. When the police arrive at the scene they do not get out of the car. The building is a known spot for nefarious activity yet the property owner, the town government, the county government, the police, and the state ignore all laws and allow it to exist.

We do not have to live like this and its NOT OUR PROBLEM. The government gets paid large sums of tax money to deal with these issues and they have laws that they are legally obligated to enforce.
