In a world where a miraculous "Genesis" flower granted humans superpowers, a wheelchair-bound young man and his sister uncover a vast conspiracy. Detailed Synopsis:
After a nuclear apocalypse, the Genesis Tree restored power and civilization, but its genetic enhancements created a divided society: the powerful "Genetics" and the marginalized "Specials." Leon, a brilliant Special who builds prosthetic limbs, and his sister Chloe steal a Genesis flower, setting off a chain of events that exposes a sinister government plan led by Senator Frank. Using the Antigenetics gang as cover, Frank aims to harvest genes from Specials to create a "perfect" superhuman race. Leon, with the help of famous singer Mira, must embrace his role as a masked hero to unite the oppressed and stop his own father's genocidal evolution project before it's too late.
