Cardenal Mendoza Brandy is my favourite Spanish Brandy, so let's have a sip and introduce it to you. You probably heard of Jerez de la Frontera or the Jerez Triangle (Sherry Triangle), where one of the best Sherry is produced and where the Cardenal Mendoza is produced. Maybe you try Brandy de Jerez, but today is all about Cardenal Mendoza.

Today I want to present the entire (almost) Brandy family with the new design and limited edition NEBULIS - UNUSUALLY SMOKY, a smooth, elegant and smoky brandy.

Cardenal Mendoza Solera Gran Reserva is a classic Sherry Brandy, matured for an average of 15 years in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The Brandy is produced in one of the oldest bodegas in Jerez, the Sánchez Romate.

Over a century after its founding, the firm reached a milestone when in 1887, the fourth generation of the Sánchez Romate family decided to create an exclusive brandy for the family and their closest circle of friends. This was the beginning of Cardenal Mendoza Solera Gran Reserva, the firm's flagship brand.

You must visit Jerez De La Frontera and try all sherry wines and brandies when you have a chance. Make sure you visit Sánchez Romate, try the Cardena Mendoza Brandy and have an ice cream topped with Pedro Ximenez sherry.
