For all the fame and glory of centerfire cartridges, rimfire cartridges, in particular the .22 Long Rifle, .22 Magnum and .17 HMR, are fired in volumes many times greater than all centerfire cartridges combined. Here is a glimpse of some of the more popular rimfires, although we have lost many more excellent rimfires to time. I hope you find the video at least a little informative.
