This flaw is killing your swing

And you probably don’t even know you’re doing it

The hands drop
The barrel swings down
And the bat clips the bottom of the ball

Pop-up
Too much Backspin
Weak contact

Every time

You don’t need more reps
You need to stop swinging like this

When the hands fall under the pitch
The barrel has no chance of working behind it

It slides under
Then cuts across
And never gets through the zone

This is not a timing issue
This is a movement issue

The arms take over
And the hands chase the ball

That’s the real problem

Good hitters don’t swing down

They hold their hands back
They let the body turn through the ball

Here’s what this move gets wrong:

❌ The hands drop under the pitch
❌ The swing path is steep
❌ The barrel never gets behind the ball

Let the hands hold back
Let the body turn
Let the barrel work behind the ball instead of dropping underneath it
