First Aid Preparedness Personalize your Emergency Kit On the Road, Camping, At Home, Be on the Ready

Twice a year I go through our First Aid kits we keep in our vehicles as well as in our home. Make sure everything is fresh, clean, and up-to-date for your personal needs.

Tonight, with my husband David, I discuss briefly on also having a duffle bag with extra's such as an extra outfit in your current size, a jacket, etc. Please also consider a 2nd pair of shoes, extra socks, etc.

In ref. to the actual first aid bag/box, create one that best fits your needs. If you travel, this size might work for you or possible require more items. If you rarely travel, your kit might be smaller. Take time to think through what you yourself would want to have on hand.
