WPC embossing machine for surfac treatment on WPC profiles
WPC (Wood-Plastic Composite) embossing machine is a piece of equipment used in the manufacturing process of wood-plastic composite products to apply embossed patterns or textures onto the surface of the WPC profiles.
Wood-plastic composites are materials made from a combination of wood fibers or flour and thermoplastic polymers, such as polyethylene(PE), polypropylene(PP), or polyvinyl chloride (PVC). PE WPC and PVC WPC are most popular in the market.
Since WPC profiles are extruded out with smooth surface which similar to plastic too much, the subsequent machines are necessary to make the wooden alike surface for the WPC profiles, and the WPC embossing machines is one of these surface treatment machine to make the parttern or texture to the WPC products.
