Gradle in Google Summer of Code 2024 - Mid-Term Project Demos

We’ve reached the first evaluation phase of Google Summer of Code! Join us for presentations by GSoC contributors, including project updates, learnings, live demos, and Q&A about the delivered functionality. The contributors will appreciate your feedback. Also, join us in autumn for Hacktoberfest!

Google Summer of Code (GSoC) is a global online program that brings new contributors into open-source software development. This year, Gradle participates under the umbrella of the Kotlin Foundation and the Eclipse Foundation. This is our second year in GSoC.

Mentors from Gradle and Microsoft work with 3 contributors on the following projects:
- Gradle Build Server - Support for Android projects by Tanish Ranjan
- Gradle Build Server - DevX and Language Support in Eclipse Buildship by Sidhaarth Saraswathi Ramalingam (not presented)
- Declarative Syntax and Enhancements for the Checkstyle Plugin by Hongjie (Jay) Wei
