Powermoves : Training Shoulder Halo (02)

COURONNE ÉPAULE.
Le mois dernier je me suis blessé aux adducteurs et cela a duré un peu plus de 3 semaines.
J'étais très limité : plus de Thomas, de coupole, de vrilles coudes mais ça y est, je peux enfin m'entraîner de nouveau en y allant doucement / progressivement.

Et donc dans cette vidéo il y a des extraits de 5 sessions d'entraînement, du 13 au 20 décembre 2022 où j'ai beaucoup travaillé la couronne épaule :
Freeze épaule, renforcement musculaire pour ma nuque et les essais que voici avec parfois de petits enchaînements de phases.

J'ai encore du travail à faire mais j'aime à croire que j'ai progressé depuis ma première vidéo de couronne épaule :

Lors de la prochaine vidéo "shoulder halo" j'espère pouvoir enchaîner les tours avec plus de hauteur et de vitesse !

J'ai vraiment hâte à la suite !

SHOULDER HALO.
Last month I injured my adductors and it lasted a little over 3 weeks.
I was very limited : no more Flares, windmills, elbow airflares but now, I can finally train again by going slowly / gradually.

And so in this video there are excerpts from 5 training sessions, from December 13 to 20, 2022 where I worked a lot on the shoulder halo :
Freeze shoulder, muscle strengthening for my neck and the tests that here with sometimes small sets of powermoves.

I still have work to do but I like to think that I have progressed since my first shoulder halo video :

During the next "shoulder halo" video I hope to be able to chain the laps with more height and speed !

I'm really looking forward to what's next !
