Many companies are now looking towards the startup ecosystem for guidance, aspiring to recapture a spirit of innovation. However, integrating the agility of a startup into a large, established corporation presents a significant challenge. This is what Professor Claudia ZEISBERGER refers to as the "Two Culture" problem.
