Simple birthday celebration for my husband. I made his favorite cake Mocha cake and simple Veg menu.

Mocha Cake
Maida- 1 1/2 cup (180gms)
cocoa powder- 3/4 cup (90gms)
hot water- 3/4 cup (180ml)
coffee-1 tbsp
castor sugar- 2 cups
vegetable oil- 3/4 cup (180ml)
vanilla extract-1 tsp
yogurt-1 cup
baking powder-1 tsp
baking soda-½ tsp
Pinch of salt

For dark chocolate ganache
dark chocolate - 2 cups (300gms)
whipping cream- 2 cups (400gms)
2 tbsp coffee powder
