Salt Harvesting in Wales!

I had the pleasure of spending 24 hours in Anglesey with Halen Mon. It was so interesting to see how their flaky salt is produced. It's beautiful to see how one of our most basic condiments can be elevated to a spectacular level when it is harvested with such care, attention and love.
