This is a demonstration of making a Sailor Bracelet by Mystic Knotwork. Matt Beaudoin shows his families technique that has been perfected through hundreds of thousands of bracelets made.

This video was shot in the Noank area of Mystic, CT overlooking Mason's Island. We left the normal background sounds in place so you can hear the water splashing on the dock and the gulls flying overhead.
