With our digitalized service and maintenance, we see ourselves as pioneers in the industry and will ensure that RRX trains are reliably made available to customers. At Siemens Mobility, we have equipped our Dortmund Rail Depot with systems that enable us to detect faults before they turn into more serious problems!

Rail availability is the greatest battle of a successful railroad. To reach 100% availability, Siemens Mobility has laid about 5.5 kilometres of track on the site of the former Dortmund-Eving marshalling yard and built a six-track workshop building, a three-story warehouse, and a train cleaning facility. All maintenance processes can be managed without paperwork! This is what a modern railway system looks like. Predictive maintenance is at the heart of what we do here, at our rail depot.
