I Bought a Mercedes E55 AMG for Less Than $7,000

The AMG division of Mercedes has produced some incredible cars over the years, and the W211 E55 AMG was no exception. This car debuted in 2003 and it had a supercharged 5.4L V8 making nearly 500hp. In 2003! That's bonkers! Due to this bomb under the hood, it was the fastest production sedan in the world at the time. Naturally, I've always admired this car. It's the very definition of a sleeper. It didn't occur to me how cheap they were until I was browsing craigslist recently. When I found this one, I knew I had to have it.
