My wife learned this Thai Appetizer Secret at a party and has been wow-ing friends and family with it ever since. It is a 4 step process that anyone can master. You can prep the three days before and fry the day of the event. Try and serve no later then 6 hours after frying for crispiness and taste.

Step#1: Season shrimp to your liking (ocean shrimp are best)

Step#2: Skewer shrimp on 8" bamboo

Step#3: Wrap shrimp in Blanket ( TYJ Spring Roll pastry wrapper by Spring Home)

Step#4: Deep Fry in 360 degree Vegetable oil for 2 min or until golden brown

Step#5: Serve with you favorite Thai/Dipping sauce and enjoy the Ooos and Ahhhs and take all the credit.
