We get a break from the major storms. There is some buzz about a large Superbowl or Valentine's storm, but we are not buying it. Plenty of Alberta Clipper systems slide out of the Canadian prairies and into the Great Lakes and Northeast, but only one looks fairly decent.

There will be some lake effect behind these disturbances for the snowbelts. Cold weather continues across the East overall the next couple weeks, but could there be a change?
