HOW TO HAVE BEAUTIFUL NAILS
Routine for weak, damaged nails (treating damage and growing it out)
Routine for normal and healthy nails (preventing surface damage)

This client used OPI Repair Mode
week 1: 2 x a day
week 2: 2 x a day
week 3-5: every 3 days
She also used almond oil few times a day and did a warm oil soak weekly.
