I'm touring #VisitMississippi from top to bottom, bouncing between state parks in my RV and looking for all the best fishing holes, cultural hotspots and delicious eats along the way.

In the first episode of this series, we're fishing the crappie capital of the world in north Mississippi with Grenada Lake Charters. Then, back at the Slab Shack, we're cooking them up in a way I've never tried before. After that, we're hitting the North Mississippi Fish Hatchery to learn what they're doing to both protect and enhance the state's natural resources.
