زلزله شوه د اومو خښتو ديوال دی

هله هله زړه مې ونيسه غورځېږي

چې مې څښلې ستا په لپه کې اوبه دي
And since I have drank from your palms
په سندرو کې مې ژبه نه بندېږي
I do not stutter in my songs

له شبنم نه د منګيو ډکول دي
Like filling a pot with dew
په خبرو دې مئین کله مړېږي
Listening to you is never enough
غمازان دې که کوڅې ته راځي خير دی
If the snithces come to your street, that's OK
ښاماران خو له چندڼ ځنې تاوېږي

پټپټاڼی کړي دردونه ماشومان دي
My pains, like children, play hide and seek
ټول زما په غزلونو کې پټېږي

لوی ارمان د کاروان ته يې غنمرنګې

د آدم بچي غنمو ته ځورېږي
