’Too Many’ is probably the song with the most powerful emotional impact, that we have ever made. It is dedicated to our long departed friend, Andrei Gimpirea, also known as Gimnastic on the Romanian rap scene, may he rest in peace. The main melody is actually a remake of 'Prea Multi', a song we produced for Gim‘s 2010 album 'Marea Rebeliune'. Once we reworked the whole piano track, we proceeded to alter the drum pattern, in order to give the song a more soulful, heavy vibe. The track caught life once I-gura played some heavy support chords on his Gibson Les Paul. At the point when the guitar started to make its presence felt, we knew exactly what the track needed: a poem that would send the message underlined by Gim a few years ago, in a more open minded way. MuMs da Schemer seemed a good fit in this respect. At the end of the song you will hear some high notes, chopped up out of a piano solo recorded for us by Soundboy.
