My Project GT40 Build Begins!

Being newly retired and the car guy I needed to start a project. I chose a GT40 after going to Race Car Replicas / Superlite Cars factory in Detroit Michigan.  I met with Fran owner of Race Car Replicas and toured the factory. After checking out all the billet aluminum components and getting to sit in the actual car I was hooked! Some of the must haves for my build are. A modern all aluminum EFI engine that can make 500 to 600 HP and still be very drivable, 6 speed manual transaxle, modern wheels and tires, air conditioning heater, a front lift system.
