My husband and I started Forged with one simple goal. We just wanted our own home gym.

We flipped used equipment to pay for our own setup and honestly, we were trying to figure out life after bringing home an extra 30 pounds from traveling ✈️🍜.

Now we run a full home gym business, we have our own storefront, we work together full time, and we help people build home gyms that actually change their lives 💪🏽🏡.

All of this started small.
When we flipped used equipment in our garage to make our setup better, people kept asking us to find pieces for them, and the list kept growing 📈.

And we grew fast. Too fast. 

Our neighbor reported us, the city shut us down, and we had fourteen days to move fifty thousand pounds of equipment 😅.

Instead of quitting, we moved everything into storage, sold our house, found a storefront, and invested everything back into Forged. We even spent our honeymoon at Alex Hormozi’s workshop to learn how to grow the business.

That one conversation pushed us to go all in, triple our revenue, and finally leave our jobs.
