In this video, we are taking you to Star City Casino The Darling Hotel to have a look, and also show you the private dinning room at Sovereign private gaming area. We stayed here for one night to catch up with friends and had a Chinese dinner at the private dinning room. The Darling Hotel is one of three hotels in the Star City Casino, with 114 standard king rooms, and it shares the swimming pool with the Star Grand hotel, and we had a good time here. The hotel room is spacious, but the shower and toilet are a bit small, and the room amenities are just standard with basic amenities.
It has two swimming pools, one is a lap pool, and the other is spa pool with warm water, and it also has a spa, which we totally enjoyed it. At the time we went there, there were many family with kids in there, so we didn’t want to join the crowd and dipped in to the pool.

The dinner at the Sovereign is something worth a mention, the private room setting was great, it can easily fit 8 people, and it give a 50% discount with the food for the private gaming members, and it’s free of charge for alcohol drinks.

We are not gamblers, but we love the night life vibes here, and find it very relaxing and enjoyable to catch up with friends and have a drink.

The next day we had a beautiful breakfast at the Quick Brown Fox café. The coffee is also very good. But it’s a bit expensive.

After the check out and breakfast, we drove to Bondi beach to have a look. We haven’t been there for a while, even though we live in Sydney. But it’s a beautiful day, hot and sunny, so there are lots of people enjoying the day.
