Recorded this before the price increase! and Yes I did exchange it.
The item is now worth 325$, I got this item when it was 270$ in the store. I had reserved it with my SA when it showed it instock on the website online, and I didn't think to inspect it when I got to the store. I assumed it would brand new. I was wrong!

Update: I returned it and waited weeks until I could buy it online - got lucky... It is not supposed to come with scratches or scruff/chip marks on the zipper, or inside hot stamping non-existent fading away, or stretched out canvas that appears creased. My current key pouch has no signs of any wear and tear after using it for 2 months straight. I'll do a wear and tear video on my key pouchs eventually after I used themfor several more months

Thankfully I was able to get this key pouch in perfect condition again before the price increase, but always always check your items before buying instore even if your SA reserves it for you. Because it seems, LV has no problem reselling a used item someone returned if at a distance looks new. Without "date codes" or "chips" in it, you don't even know when it was made which ironically makes it easier for someone to return an older key pouch.

Let me know if you would keep the key pouch in this condition or wait to get one brand new like I did?
