The PacCon acapella community choir is based in Porirua NZ which incorporates Pacific music, culture and tradition. The PacCon whānau wanted to learn and perform a Maori waiataringa (action song) and this is the result.

This performance is part of a set performed at the Friends and Family night at Whitireia Polytechnic, November 2020.

Jolie Davis (playing the guitar in this video) is a traditional practitioner of Mirimiri and Romiromi (Māori healing and bodywork), based in Porirua, NZ. She delivers the Manawa Ora 2-day workshop; the Foundations of Māori Bodywork and Healing - Wellington, Rotorua, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Gold Coast. Reconnecting people to traditional knowledge and practice.
