This is a vintage 1920s Gillette Gold Standard Razor W Blade, previously owned & used through the years since it's manufacture. Being manufactured in 1920 this Gillette is 96 Years old. It's amazing for this razor to be 96 years old, it still looks great. The flaws of this Gillette are truly minor for a 96 Year old Razor. This "STANDARD's" plating has withstood the test of time gracefully with pretty much No signs of wear, although the handle does have a small amount of vintage Ware!

The razor is in Very Good Plus Condition, the head shows No signs of wear, the underside of the head shows No signs of wear. The teeth of the open tooth comb blade guard have withstood the test of time wonderfully, There Are Absolutely No Bent Teeth. The handle of the razor has one extremely small stress fracture at the top of the handle also a minute stress fracture at the bottom of the handle which I had to use a magnifying glass to see.

Any signs of age only add to the character of a Vintage Razor! It is a must have for a Gillette collector or can be used as a daily shaver. There aren't many of these left and Gillette isn't making anymore! This razor is shave ready, just add your favorite blade and you're off!
