You know, I've been to so many places around with world with World of Children, and it is an experience that has forever altered the course of my life.

There is more victory in this world today because of remarkable people like Iyyappan, Jimmy, Dusica, Claire, Ponheary, Kay and Harry.

You are not going to read about them in the news, but I am here to tell you I have seen it with my own eyes. I have seen it in the slums of Buenos Ares, I have seen it in a remote village in Nepal, I have seen it in cold and unforgiving territory on the Russian border, and I see it in this room tonight.

This is not a night about tragedy, and this is not a night about the world's great problems. This is a night about solutions, and honoring those who give us a reason to hope and every day get up and fight the good fight.

I am the loudest, proudest member of their audience. I will spend a lifetime full of joy and enthusiasm telling anyone who will listen, you really have to see their show!
