Ingredients required

Milk 1 liter
Sevai (vermicelli) 1/2 cup
ghee (clarified butter) 1 tsp
Custard powder 2 tbsp
Cold milk 1/4 cup to dissolve custard
Sugar 5 tbsp
Cardamom 1 tsp
Few Saffron strands
Chopped cashews and almonds 10-15
Raisins 10-15
Chopped fruits of your choice
