Don't 3D print your low volume plastic parts injection mold them with real parts ...with tooling included!

At ASH Industries we are always looking for ways to help you get real parts into your hands rather than waste money on 3D printing. If you 3D print parts to field test or to try something for a new product, you still have to spend the money to go into production. Our SuperMold™ program gives you the parts, tool and puts you in the spot to start production right away.
From Purchase Order to First article in 3 weeks with SuperMold™! Spend “prototype dollars” on production molds designed to take advantage of production efficiencies. Reduce costs and lead times for custom injection molds to process thermoplastic, silicone, or MIM components (SuperMolds have these limitations: Parts must have a maximum 3/16” wall thickness, +-0.005” (0.127mm) tolerances and not have any undercuts. The molds must be “open & shut”).

N.E.R.D. (New Engineering Reference Device) demonstrates real world molded radii (both inner & outer), wall thicknesses, textures, absent & present weld lines, as well as demonstrations of sink & no sink. This clever device can save you thousands of dollars and prevent mistakes from happening.
ASH® Industries is a trusted manufacturer that is dedicated to seeing you and your product succeed. We offer a complete suite of in-house manufacturing and engineering services dedicated to molding, tooling, project engineering (DFM-Design for Manufacturing), & production management (including tooling, process, and mold validation).
Made in America: ASH® is proud to do all our injection molding manufacturing in America, no outsourcing. Every point of our process is done right here in the USA, at our product manufacturing facility in Louisiana. We work with clients all over the United States and can ship products nationally and globally.
Ash Industries' Move-A-Mold™ program can help you begin production of your components within one week. If your group has existing molds and you wish to benefit from ASH’s talents, you can move your molds with absolute assurance that your needs will be given priority.
ROTO-XL™ represents ASH’s unique roto-molding division focusing on tooling & hollow thermoplastic components up to 18’ long and 52” in diameter. ROTO-XL™ molding is a cost effective alternative to injection molding for large plastic parts, components which must be hollow (such as berms, barrels, canoes, kayaks, slides), and those which may be made from commodity thermoplastics (polyethylene or polypropylene). The molds are less expensive than injection molding tooling as they do not have to be large, bulky, and built to withstand the tremendous pressures of injection molding.
ASH™ offers several different types of injection molding production processes. There's plastic injection molding, where thermoplastic materials are injected into a mold where they're then allowed to form and curate, creating plastic products.
MIM works similar to the other injection molding processes - powdered metal is combined with a binding material and then injected into a mold where it's left to form and curate. The end result is a metal part. The process is ideal for the short and long-run production of metal parts, especially those that are smaller in size and more detailed in terms of properties.
Silicone liquid injection molding, or LIM, is a manufacturing process commonly used to make silicone parts (considered a subset of rubber or thermoset) that need to withstand extreme conditions, regardless of the industry. The process is an injection molding process at heart, meaning that materials are injected into a pre-made mold, where heat accelerates part curing. Then, the process repeats itself until the part run is complete.
Ash Industries goes the extra mile when it comes to making their products. Because of their commitment to your parts they are ITAR Registered, ISO 9001:2015 Certified, and ISO Class 7 Cleanroom Certified.
