Resep Bihun Goreng Saus Tiram. Sajian praktis yang bisa dibuat di rumah dengan berbagai topping,bisa dihidangkan mulai dari anak-anak hingga dewasa.

💠BAHAN UTAMA:
🔹️160 gr Bihun Jagung
🔹️150 gr Udang
🔹️100 gr Sosis (4 biji)
🔹️100 gr Sawi (1 ikat)
🔹️150 gr Kubis
🔹️100 gr Kecambah

💠 BUMBU HALUS :
🔹️4 siung Bawang Merah
🔹️7 siung Bawang Putih
🔹️2 sdt Saus Tiram
🔹️½ sdt Merica
🔹️3 sdm Kecap Manis
🔹️1 sdt Minyak Wijen
🔹️1 sdt Kecap Inggris
🔹️2 sdt Royco/Penyedap rasa
🔹️1 sdt Garam
🔹️3 sdt Gula




Fried Bee Hoon is a practical dish you can make at home. The bouncy and soft vermicelli with various toppings can be served for kids and adults.

💠Ingredients:

🔹️160 gr corn vermicelli
🔹️150 gr shirmp
🔹️100 gr sausage(4 pc sausage) ,sliced
🔹️100 gr choy sum,sliced
🔹️150 gr cabbage leaf, sliced
🔹️100 gr beansprouts
🔹️4 pc shallot, sliced
🔹️7 pc garlic, mashed
🔹️3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
🔹️2 tsp oyster sauce
🔹️1 tsp sesame oil, optional
🔹️1 tsp worcestershire sauce, optional
🔹️½ tsp pepper
🔹️2 tsp flavor enhancer
🔹️1 tsp salt
🔹️3 tsp sugar

🔹️2 tbsp water
🔹️Oil, for frying
🔹️1 tbsp margarine


💠Steps:

1. Bring water to a boil. Add vermicelli and cook for minutes, then drain.
2. Heat the pan. Pour the oil in and add margarine in. Stir, and add the shallots and garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add shirmp and sausage in. Stir.
4. Add choy sum, and cabbage leaf.
5. Add some water and season with pepper,salt, sugar and flavor enhancer. Cook until vegetables are half cooked.
6. Add the vermicelli in. Add sweet soy sauce, sesame oil, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
7. Add beansprouts. Stir, then turn the heat off.
8. Plate and serve with fried shallots on top.
