How To Make Loki - Marvel Comics Crafts

Follow me along as I make Loki out of construction paper. Loki is the devious "God of Mischief" from Marvel Comics and arch-nemeses to the hero Thor. I actually filmed this way back in April, literally days before the first teaser trailer for Thor: Ragnarok came out. I’m not sure how different this design would have been if I had filmed it after, but I definitely know I would have added a couple of green stripes to the helmet, just because I love the way that looks. As for everything else, I really tried to mashup the more modern look from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (long dark hair, trench coat and tunic) with the classic green and yellow colors from the comic books. I really enjoyed figuring this one out and even though it doesn’t look exactly like any existing incarnation of the character, I kinda feel like what I ended up with just captures the spirit of the character, all the way down to his smirking half-grin.
