Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Serves: 200g

Ingredients:
Guava, 2 (medium ripe)
Red chilli powder, 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds, 1 tbsp
Fennel powder, 1 Tbsp
Haldi, 1/2 Tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice, 1 lime
Sesame oil, 3 tbsp
Instructions:
1. Clean and cut the guava into small cubes.
2. Add cubes to a bowl, add lemon juice, salt, chilli powder, haldi, fennel powder and mix.
3. Heat sesame oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds.
4. Add to the spiced guavas.
5. Serve instantly or let sit in sun for 24-48 hours.
