This simple scissor keeper is made to measure your own scissors, what a perfect gift if you’re giving scissors as a Christmas or Birthday present for a fellow sewer!
I’ve quilted one side of the outer and pocket pieces, but feel free to pad and quilt both sides if you wish. And of course, you could add a hanging loop at the top!

Depending on the size of your scissors,


24” x 12” [60cm x 30cm] fabric for the back [Birds and Bobbins Floral]
12” x 8” [30cm x 20cm] fabric for the pocket [Birds and Bobbins Birds]
24” x 12” [ fusible fleece [H640]
24” [670cm] ribbon cut in two
Paper and pen to make a template
