Ingredients for the tart shell
250 grams cake flour
1/4 cup powdered milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter
1 large egg

Ingredients for the cream cheese filling
225 grams/ 1 cup cream cheese
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 cup whip cream

1 pc. egg yolk for brushing
