Follow along with Michelle as she guides you through 5 Hand Strengthening Exercises in 5 Minutes using Rice. Each exercise will have a 1 minute timer for you to follow along. Best of all, we are not going to do any grasping of the rice. Feel free to add these 5 unique hand exercises to your finger and hand strengthening workout.

Dry rice is very dense, not to mention inexpensive, so it's a great way to add resistance. Rice can be warmed up in the microwave to add a relaxing thermal affect on your painful joints. Allowing you to comfortably and more effectively work on your finger range of motion and hand strength.
Plus when you do exercise 5 with small objects you'll also work the brain by stimulating the sensory + motor systems.

✅EQUIPMENT:
Bowl full of dry rice (I have approximately 4 lbs in my bowl)
Measuring cup
Tupperware lid
4-6 small objects such as coins, bottle caps, rubberbands, etc
