Is video me aj aap janenge 8 bahaut hi asaan si basic foot pain or ankle pain exercises ke bare me. In exercises ko karne ke liye apko kisi bhi tarah ke complicated equipment ki zarurat nhi padegi....aap inhe aram se ghar par khud se hi kar sakte hain.
8 exercises wo ye hain:

1. Toe raise, point, and curl
2. Toe splay
3. Toe flexion and extension
4. Towel curls
5. Stone pick-up
6. Tennis ball roll
7. Achilles tendon stretch
8. Sand walking

In sabhi exercises ko aap week me 3 din zarur karain or chahe to roz bhi kar sakte hain. I hope...u will all like my this video as well.
